Dr. Van Vleck

Dr. Caroline Van Vleck is a native of Washington, D.C.. She is a graduate of The National Cathedral School and Duke University, where she earned a B.S. in Zoology. She attended Wake Forest Medical School and completed her Pediatric residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and Children’s National Medical Center.

She is a Board certified pediatrician and has been practicing general pediatrics with Spring Valley Pediatrics since 1994. She took a one-year leave of absence in 2003 to live abroad in Ghana with her family and volunteered at an orphanage in Koforigua, Ghana. She enjoys every aspect of general pediatrics and has an additional interest in travel medicine.

Dr. Van Vleck is the pediatrician for The National Cathedral School and for Georgetown Day School. She has been recognized as one of The Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Doctors for the past ten years.

Dr. Van Vleck lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and three children.
